It has helped me to get a structure back into my life, it allowed me time to get drinking and using out of my system. It has thoughts me how to recognise my emotion which can cause a relapse, it has has introduced me back into AA,CA meetings. I have been able to address my health issues which I would not have done on my own. Thanks lighthouse

Staff were exceptional, very friendly, attentive and caring. More activities in the house would be great particularly Yoga as this benefited clients both physically and mentally throughout my stay. The food every day was fantastic. The atmosphere couldnât have been lovelier.
