Based on a stepped-care-model approach, we aim to ensure that our service users are given the right levels of interventions to meet their needs, with an understanding that one size does not fit all. Our integrated teams will consist of Substance Misuse Professionals, Registered Mental Health nurses, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Social Worker's.
