The Inspire Partnership is a substance misuse services for adults aged 18 years of age and over. Services offered include: Advice, Information & Referrals, Harm Reduction Service, including Needle Exchange service and Hep C Testing on site, Face to Face Counselling, Structured day programme, Group work, Aftercare, Family Service & a 24/7 Helpline.
