We provide Psychological Therapies for adults 18 and over that are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. We take self referrals ( call 0300 012 0012 ) as well referrals from GP's and other professionals. We offer assessments and sessions from our Medway office as well as venues throughout Medway and Swale. We provide Step 2 Low Intensity and Step 3 High Intensity Interventions.
